I am usually pretty opposed to product placement, but who am I kidding? There are like three of you that ever come here, and one of those is mom (thanks mom!). But these meatballs (sorry mom- not vegetarian) are like crack. I just heated some up for lunch with some lovely spinach from my CSA box, and "yummo!" (ouch! poor unicorn!) And they're not very high in calories (190 for 4), probably because they're chicken. Anyway, that's all for now. I know, you've peed yourself with excitement!

Mmmm...meatballs...

Well, I take that as a great compliment- I'm so glad you're one of the three!
and that makes 4! YEEEE-HAW!! nice meal. we just made us some breaded chicken tonight with yellow rice, tomatoes, onions, garlic, err....yum! it was good. And it came out quite nicely.
so Heather, it looks like I don't have any friends. :(

i just checked this for the first time today - yes, i, too, am trying to cut back. BUT... laura just put on meatballs for dinner about 5 minutes ago! crazy. anyway... ours are the veggie kind, but they rock too. must be a thing this week...
on another note... for my remaining fellow Southerners... how 'bout this weather?! down here in dixie it's been in the mid-70s for several days now and will continue through the weekend. laura and i spent the day in shorts and tank tops and got sunburned. yes, it's february. just one of those things about the South i will greatly miss once we're gone.

Y'all got a Trader Joe's nearby yet? If not, next time you're in HotLanta you may wanna swing by one and pick up the veggie corn dogs. Even B likes them. Yes, he ate tofu!!! (I didn't know they were veggie until after we ate a few)
